Developing an Advocacy Strategy

Are you looking to develop your advocacy strategy? Rutgers developed a format for this. We propose suggestions on how to set this up but of course we leave it up to you to add or leave out elements as you see fit according to your context. This document is centered around three questions: 1. What needs to change? 2. Who can make that change happen? and 3. How to make that change happen?
